INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICES: MoCo SPORTS CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Reservations booked through MoCo-sports.com can be canceled or changed up to the cut- off date of Thursday, May 3, 2018 without any penalty or fee to your reservation. DEPOSIT & HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: After the cut-off date of Thursday, May 3, 2018, the hotel will authorize one (1) nights room and tax on your individual credit card. Any changes/cancellations made after this date must be made with the hotel directly and is subject to your hotels’ cancellation policy. TEAM CANCELLATION POLICY : Teams canceling fifty-percent (50%) or more of their room blocks after Thursday, May 3, 2018 (21 days prior to arrival) will forfeit each team members individual one (1) night's room and tax deposit. Hotel will charge cancellation fee. Neither the CVB nor the tournament shall be liable for individual cancellation fees.
