• MoCo SPORTS CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: All teams can easily make changes to their reservations prior to the cutoff date of September 19, 2019 without penalty through moco-sports. After the cutoff date, cancellations and changes can be made at the hotel directly up to 4pm Tuesday October 8, 2019. Remember, any team that does not meet the minimum booking requirements or drops below 50% of the team’s rooms that were reserved by September 19, 2019 will be disqualified from play. • DEPOSIT & HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: After the cut-off date of Thursday, September 19, 2019, the hotel will authorize one (1) night’s room and tax on your individual credit card on file (Individual credit cards cannot be changed out at check-in. The card on file will be charged for the full deposit for each room). Neither the Moco Sports nor the tournament shall be liable for individual cancellation fees.
