INDIVIDUAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICES: MoCo SPORTS CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY: Reservations booked through MoCo-sports.com can be canceled or changed up to the cut- off date of Thursday, May 3, 2018 without any penalty or fee to your reservation. DEPOSIT & HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: After the cut-off date of Thursday, May 3, 2018, the hotel will authorize one (1) nights room and tax on your individual credit card. Any changes/cancellations made after this date must be made with the hotel directly and is subject to your hotels’ cancellation policy. TEAM CANCELLATION POLICY : Teams canceling fifty-percent (50%) or more of their room blocks after Thursday, May 3, 2018 (21 days prior to arrival) will forfeit each team members individual one (1) night's room and tax deposit.
