I am not getting emails from you?
Please check your SPAM. You can also log onto your account and View Details for your Block or Reservation.
Why do I need to create an account to book my rooms?
Your account number is used to track and save your activity when reserving your rooms. It also allows us to send you an email confirmation to make changes, when necessary.
I forgot my user name and password, what do I do?
Go to the home screen and select “forgot username and password’ and it will send it to your email address on file.
Am I required to book my hotel rooms through MoCo sports?
Some events require out-of-area attendees and groups to reserve their accommodations through MoCo Sport as a condition of participation in the event. If so, this will be stated as part of the event's registration information and/or on the event’s website. Questions about this policy should be directed to your tournament website.
The hotel website is offering a lower rate. Can I book the same rate?
From time to time, hotels offer discounted rates that have strict restrictions to include non-cancellations, limited availability and prepaid options. In most cases this will not cover the entire team and is limited to less than 2-3 rooms per hotel. They also may not include some amenities that you will get with the group rate.
Is my “Order Number” the same as my hotel confirmation number?
Your “Order” number is an acknowledgement of your booked reservation on the MoCo Sports Website only. Your final “hotel” confirmation number will be sent to you from the hotel directly, after the cutoff date.
Our team was accepted late to the tournament, how do I book my rooms?

What if my team wants a hotel that is not on the Tournament Hotel List?
Please contact us and we will do our best to check their availability to see if they can accommodate your group.
Group Blocks & Room Type Preferences:
My group code has expired, what do I do?
Go back to the main page, choose your tournament, select the hotel that you want and book an individual reservation. Please add your team name in the “Notes’ section for easy tracking. NOTE: If your event does not offer individual reservations it will be clearly stated in the notes section on your tournament page. In that case, there will be a period of time after all teams have completed reservations, where remaining rooms will be open for anyone still needing a room.
I can’t access my email, and I don’t know my group code?
Please check with your team manager. If not available, you may still book your rooms by going to the main page, choose your tournament, select the hotel that you want and book your rooms. Please add your team name in the “Notes’ section for easy tracking.
I am the team manager, how do my team members find out about the block I set up?
Once you set up your team block you will receive an email confirming your Teams Block Code and a link that you can share with your parents.
I am the team manager, how do I check my rooming list online?
Log into your account. Scroll down to “My blocks” Click on “View Details” and you will see all of the team members that have made reservations.
What if I want a different room type or have a special request than those listed? (suite, adjoining, ADA, etc.)
Yes, you can make special requests and room preferences. Please add your request to the “Notes” sections of your reservation and the hotel will make every effort to accommodate your requests. Please note that this not guaranteed.
Making room reservations:
I need to make a group block, how many rooms can I hold at one time?
Create an account on MoCo Sports.com, choose your tournament; review your hotel choices and follow the reservation process. Some tournaments impose a maximum number of rooms per age group to best serve the event. It is advised that you book rooms within reason of your team athletes.
There are no rooms available at my preferred hotel? What can do?
Please contact us directly and we will make every effort to get you into your desired hotel. Please know that there may be a waiting list and it is not guaranteed.
Can I earn my hotel rewards program points when making my reservations?
Once you arrive at your hotel, please reconfirm with the front desk that your rewards number is part of your reservation to ensure that your hotel stay is credited to your account.
I am arriving a day early and the site won’t let me book my rooms?
Please contact us and we will do our best to check in the area to try to find exactly what your team may need.
How do I make an individual reservation?
Your Team manager will email you a link to make your reservation where you can submit reservation information and credit card guarantee. To get started, you will be required to create an account. Please DO NOT contact the hotel to make your reservations.
When will I receive my hotel confirmation number and how do I make changes after the rooming list has been sent to the hotel?
Once the rooming list has been submitted to the hotel you will receive a confirmation email from the hotel. Any changes after this date must be made with the hotel directly.
What if my team is not playing until late afternoon on my check out day?
Please check with your hotel on their late checkout policy. Most hotels will store your luggage and honor your group rate if you need to check back into the hotel that evening.
Payment, Individual and parent guarantees:
Do I need to enter a credit card and will my card be charged.
The tournament hotel reservation site requires a credit card to hold the reservation only. A hotel may charge one night's room and tax 21 days before the check-in date as a deposit. If so, it will be clearly listed on your event page.
Is my credit card secure?
Yes, this site utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection at 256 bit encryption, the highest level of encryption. We also maintain a PCI Compliant web site, which is the government standard on the payment card industry.
Can I guarantee my entire teams’ reservation on my personal credit card?
If a deposit is required, your credit card will be charged for your entire team’s room(s). Also, if there is a late cancellation or a no-show, your card may be charged a penalty. We advise that each reservation should have its own individual credit card to guarantee for your own protection.
General Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations cancelled later than 6PM, 72 hours prior to the opening day of the event, will be charged one nights room and tax to the guest’s credit card. The CVB and the event shall not be liable for cancellation fees.
Team Cancellation Policy: Teams canceling fifty percent (50%) or more of their room blocks on or after 21 days prior to arrival, will forfeit each team member’s deposit (one night’s rooms and tax). Hotel will charge a cancellation fee. If the tournament cancels (for reasons other than acts of God), then the one nights room and tax will be non-refundable.
Do hotels allow early check-in and late check-out times?
Requests for early check-in and late check-out times cannot be guaranteed. Hotels may or may not meet such requests based on housekeeping schedules and hotel occupancy. Inquiries about early departure policies are best made upon check-in.
How do I make arrangements for a team meeting room or banquet room?
Please contact the hotel sales office which you have selected to make these arrangements.
